Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Provides Maintenance and Engineering service and responds to service calls throughout the healthcare facility .
Performs accurate and effective repairs on equipment and building systems. Calls in more qualified personnel when repairs are beyond his / her capability.
Performs other tasks as directed by the General Maintenance Shop Lead and Supervisor. Responsibilities Ensures all aspects of preventative maintenance are completed on schedule and according to department standards and procedures.
Keeps equipment clean and operational. Performs troubleshooting and continuous improvement on building equipment and systems as assigned.
Maintains documentation in regards to facility equipment and systems, ensuring all necessary documentation is current and up-to-date for all applicable regulatory agencies.
Minimum Requirements Education High School Diploma or GED Experience
