Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor, prioritize, and troubleshoot production issues while collaborating with engineersPrepare, execute, and validate test cases to ensure quality and performance standardsCreate documentation and participate in on-call rotation with the support teamRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in support engineering or a similar technical roleExperience with writing SQL queries and working with transactional databasesExperience in a cloud-based environment, preferably Amazon AWSFamiliarity with tools like GitHub, TeamCity, and modern IDEsProficient in maintaining cloud-based documentation using tools like Google Docs or Microsoft SharePoint
