Position Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data governance strategies and practices, enabling AI / ML generation.

Develop and maintain governance frameworks and policies for AI / ML data assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Conduct impact assessments and risk analyses to identify potential risks and opportunities related to AI / ML initiatives and data governance practices.

Implement data quality / management standards and procedures to maintain the integrity and accuracy of data used in AI / ML models.

Perform data analysis and queries to support various business initiatives and provide insights to stakeholders. Support development and refinement of strategies for data governance, applying industry best and leading practices.

Analyze large datasets identifying trends and providing insights to inform decision making processes aimed at mitigating data risks that could impact the AI / ML model generation.

Collaborate with product and data engineering teams to implement data governance tools and technologies. Provide training and support to end-users on data governance services, practices, policies and procedures.

Understand implication of AI regulations for effective governance of the data supporting the AI / Model initiatives.

Qualifications :

2-5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on AI / ML governance and data governance. Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying.

Experience with data governance frameworks and practices, including data quality management, metadata management, and data lineage.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to data privacy and security (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends and patterns.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Experience with AI / ML models and technologies is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
