Certification Details
- Influenza Vaccine, Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon / Tspot) documentation required.
- Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to the start of the first assignment, updated annually thereafter.
- Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation needed.
Job Details
- RN CVICU able to care for both cardiac medical ICU patients and cardiothoracic / vascular surgery ICU patients.
- Required to be competent in NxStage and Impella.
Job Requirements
- BLS and ACLS Certification required and must be from the American Heart Association.
- Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
- Pharmacology 1,2 exam required.
- Ascension Skills Checklist - Clinical only; Required annually in specialty.
- Ascension Specialty Exam completion required.

Additional Details
- Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs but you will still upload here.
- Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer required.
