Job Description
Join our Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment Team supporting the US Air Force C-130J Long Term Sustainment program.
As a C-130J Warehouse Material Handler, the selected candidate will provide warehouse and inventory management services in support of depot-level C-130J spares distribution operations worldwide.
Daily tasks include, but are not limited to, receiving / shipping aircraft parts, performing physical inventories, and other inventory control / warehouse operations tasks as required.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to work independently in a high-tempo, high-demand environment. The candidate must also possess a high level of initiative and must be able to communicate effectively with peers, customers, and senior management.
Other responsibilities may include :
- Providing Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAP) support
- Assist with Part Number and / or National Stock Number clarification
- Identifying and processing Hazmat, Shelf Life, Electronic Sensitive Devices / Electrostatic Discharge
- Responding to priority customer needs to include after-hours support
- Must be a US Citizen. Must possess at minimum an Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting and must be able to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance.
