Onsite Logistics Warehouse Operations Specialist

Position : Onsite Warehouse Logistics Domestic Operations Specialist

Pay : $18-$20 / hr. D.O.E. + Benefits

Location : Irving, Texas 75038

Shift : M-F 11a-8p CST.

Job Details :

• The Operations Specialist is responsible for processing shipments, data entry, routing, tracking / tracing, and all related activities for assigned base of accounts.
• Will have contact with clients, carriers, and potential clients daily, responds to emails, booking shipments

Requirements :

• Minimum of 2 plus years of recent logistics / transportation with customer service / office experience in a similar role.
• Must be proactive in providing quality client service and can handle pressure and responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
• The successful candidate must be able to handle dual tasks.
• Exceptional client service skill.
• Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Must be ok with working onsite in Irving, TX Daily.
• Must be ok doing a onsite interview with client hiring manager.
