The CNA2 performs nursing care functions within the scope of their practice, and other duties under the direction and supervision of a Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN).
Performs duties to meet the personal and restorative care needs of residents, performs limited nursing techniques, observes and reports resident conditions, and services residents in a manner consistent with the Resident Bill of Rights.

Required Qualifications :
- Coursework / Training Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course. Or CNA 2 coursework : Grandfathered to CNA 2 per OSBN requirements.
- Upon hire : Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License
- Within 30 days of hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire : In compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS) a criminal background check is required for this position.
- 6 months Experience as a CNA working in a health care setting.
Preferred Qualifications :
1 year Experience as a CNA 2.
