Job Description Summary :
The Assistant Manager in LA Warehouse is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the receiving operations and inventory management within the warehouse.
This includes coordinating receiving, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of receiving, and monitoring stock levels and records.

- Assist Inventory Manager to ensure smooth inventory management operations; conducting inventory counts, monitoring stock levels, reconciling discrepancies and updating inventory records.
- Support Shipping Manager overseeing shipping operations for the organization; coordinating with carriers and freight to schedule shipments.
- Maintain accurate records and data related to inventory and receiving, updating inventory databases, inputting receiving information and generating reports.
- Work closely with Purchasing Dep. to coordinate timely and accurate fulfillment, resolve any inventory or receiving issues and communicate relevant information regarding stock availability and delivery timelines.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement for inventory management and receiving operations.
- Streamline workflows, identify bottlenecks, enhance efficiency, and minimize errors or delays.

The anticipated compensation range is
22.75 - 44.50 USD Hourly
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location.
The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
