Responsibilities :
Plan and CoordinateTravel : Organize travel arrangements forsports teams individual athletes and fans including flightsaccommodation ground transportation and eventtickets.
CustomizeItineraries : Create detailed andpersonalized travel itineraries that meet the specific needs andpreferences ofclients.
Provide ExpertAdvice : Offer expert advice ondestinations travel logistics and the best travel options forsports events.
Book TravelServices : Use industryleading bookingplatforms to secure reservations for flights hotels transportationand other travelservices.
Ensure Smooth TravelExperiences : Monitor travel arrangementsprovide timely updates and handle any issues or changes that mayarise during the travelprocess.
BuildRelationships : Develop and maintain strongrelationships with clients travel partners and serviceproviders.
MarketServices : Promote and market travelservices to potential clients through various channels includingsocial media networking andpartnerships.
