Receptionist

POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Receptionist based in our Reamstown, PA facility. The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming guests / visitors to our facility and will answer and route incoming phone calls.

The Receptionist will monitor the general mailbox and route emails to the appropriate party. They may also coordinate additional front office activities and support our Customer Experience teams as needed.

HOURLY HIRING RANGE : Base Salary $18 - $22 per hour (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Ensure customers are routed to the right team
• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person / office
• Build and maintain relationships across the various dormakaba departments and locations
• Ensure reception area appears clean and organized

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• High school degree or equivalent
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Customer Service Associate, Front Office Representative, or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
