About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapist Job Specialty : Physical Therapy Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday to Friday, Days (8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM), with rotating weekends and holidays as needed Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Minimum 1 year License : Physical Therapist License Certifications : BLS Must-Have : Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, ND PT License, BLS certification Job Description : Provide general physical therapy services in outpatient, inpatient, and home health environments.
- Utilize Epic electronic medical records system on Surface tablets or laptops for documentation.- Participate in team orientations that include unit and hospital orientation, computer education, and EMR training.
- Follow a casual dress code with no jeans, t-shirts, or sweats allowed.- Be prepared to float within the department as needed.
- Adherence to the influenza vaccination requirement is mandatory.
