Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for a traveling Mechanical Senior Project Manager.
Mechanical Senior Project Manager Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Mechanical Senior Project Manager is between $120,000 and $165,000.

Mechanical Senior Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage projects and teams from qualification through closeout.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects at various stages.
- Experience managing a team of Project Managers.
- Responsible for planning, negotiating, and completing projects.
- Responsible for building and installing system to customer specifications.
- Perform estimates and prepare change orders.
- Manage RFI Log, change order log, labor tracking, material procurement and scheduling of activities.
- Prepare reports for job cost analysis.
- Will be required to attend project management meetings and jobsite coordination.
- Transparent reporting to executive management and client.
Mechanical Senior Project Manager Qualifications
- 8-10 years of Project Management experience in the mechanical construction industry.
- Experience with mechanical projects with budgets over $100M.
- Demonstrated knowledge of commercial HVAC, plumbing and / or piping.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management or related preferred.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with clients, field employees, vendors, and other contractors.
- MUST BE OPEN TO TRAVEL OR RELOCATE FOR PROJECT DURATION.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
