Description

Seeking an experienced individual to join our rapidly expanding team. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, the Product Manager will demonstrate their expertise in working on subscription video products and bring a creative mindset, rooted in innovative solutions geared towards the customer and their experience.

The Product Manager will be charged with leading the strategy of new features and improvements across mobile products, spanning various platforms and viewports.

S / he will drive the roadmap and prioritization of new features for mobile - balancing both customer and business requirements.

In addition, the Product Manager will -

1. Provide strategic input on decision making to the senior leadership team, as it relates to their area of expertise in Product.

2. Craft a compelling vision and gain support and alignment from cross functional partners

3. Define mobile requirements, objectives, and success metrics.

4. Collaborate with Engineering, UX Design, Research, Data and Customer Service to deliver

features in support of an agile environment, while aligning with Operations to run A / B

experiments and validate hypotheses.

5. Partner with Marketing to develop campaigns that complement and augment the product

experience.

6. Generate customer insights from data trends, and proven success with data informed decision

making

7. Create all product documentation, stories, road-map prioritization, product keynotes and

business requirement documents that help chart the course for all mobile development

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a relevant field and bring a minimum of 5 years’ experience driving strategy for a media or digital business.

With a demonstrable track record of collaboration in a multi-display environment, the selected candidate will deliver high-quality features to improve the customer experience - while delivering on business goals and objectives.

The Product Manager will model a service excellence mindset and set the bar high as it relates to creative thinking, ideas and experimentation of his / her ideas, alongside other team members.

Top Skills Details

1. Experienced product manager working specifically within the mobile space (iOS, Android)

2. Must have entertainment or streaming experience (within the last 5 years)

3. Experience with Jira and some experience / knowledge of Figma is preferred

4. Strong soft skills : written / verbal communication, ability to go above and beyond, works well remote

PREFERRED : candidates to sit on West Coast, but will be willing to entertain someone outside PST. Must be US based
