Understand their renovation needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements. Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Highlight the benefits and features of the company’s renovation services. Site Visits : Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary information.
Provide accurate project estimates and timelines based on client needs. Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close sales deals.
Ensure contracts and agreements are accurately prepared and signed. Project Coordination : Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure successful project execution.
Communicate client expectations and monitor project progress. Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the renovation process.
Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Use this information to identify new business opportunities and enhance sales strategies.
Reporting and Documentation : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Team Collaboration : Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to coordinate efforts and achieve company goals.
Share insights and feedback to improve sales processes and strategies. Training and Development : Continuously improve sales skills and industry knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the renovation or construction industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.
g., Salesforce).Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.Knowledge of renovation and construction processes, materials, and regulations is a plus.
Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as needed.
