Job Description : Soliant is partnering with a school district in the Park Farms, MO area to hire multiple Paraprofessionals for various caseloads across PreK-12th grade.
We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about supporting students' educational and developmental needs.
Responsibilities :
- Assist teachers in classroom management and instructional support.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Implement behavior management strategies under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
- Support students with daily activities, including personal care if needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to promote student success.
- Monitor and report on student progress.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with children.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
