LHH is growing! Due to tremendous success and extensive growth our Engineering practice is seeking additional Executive Recruiters to join our existing team.
As an Executive Recruiter, you will manage the recruiting process from initial client contact to execution of a completed search.
In this role, you will build key relationships with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Human Resources leaders as well as other Executive-level leadership within leading Fortune 500 companies as well as emerging and mid-size firms.
As a consultant to them on their needs for top talent, you will be regarded as an industry expert to clients while building a network of candidates in the market.
The ideal team member is someone with an Engineering, Manufacturing, or Human Resources background who enjoys staying connected with the business community and is interested in assisting professionals in their career progression.
WHAT WE DO
Candidate Recruitment :
As an Executive Recruiter, you will identify candidates and build relationships with talented staff, senior, middle management and executive-level professionals.
Using extensive internal resources, networking, and social media sources, you will work to match the talents of those professionals with open searches.
Executive Recruiters take the time to understand their candidate’s career aspirations and professional goals and match them with the needs of the client.
Client Development :
As an Executive Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to develop a base of clients as well as manage existing relationships with current clients in your geographic focus as well as fully remote roles nationwide.
This involves research, prospecting, direct marketing, and client presentations. To fulfill ongoing searches for the firm’s clients, you will build relationships with the key decision-makers of leading Fortune 500 firms, Start-ups, and Middle-Market Companies.

THE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Advanced degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience, Recruiting industry experience is not required.
- Candidates should have a strong desire to work in a consultative culture with a lot of autonomy
- Applicants must have a general understanding of corporate engineering, manufacturing, human resources, and / or operations.
- Excellent business acumen and strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Ability to research and negotiate

Pay Details : $50, to $65, per year
