In this role you will :
- Conduct research, email correspondence, and testing to identify and resolve customer problems.
- Utilize expertise in Dynamics Finance Operations (Dynamics AX) with a focus on Dual Write, performance, and upgrades.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Analyze SQL queries and query plans to ensure optimal system performance.

The Ideal Candidate
Required Skills :
- 3 years of experience with Dynamics Finance operations (Dynamics AX) experience working with Dual Write, performance or upgrades.
- 3 years customer service experience.
- 3 years experience analyzing SQL queries and query plans.
Preferred Skills :
- 8-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Strong experience with Dynamics Finance Operations (Dynamics AX), customer service skills, and SQL query analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work and meet performance indicators.
