Operational Oversight : Manage the day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring smooth transactions and efficient processes.
Client Relations : Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Business Development : Implement strategies to drive agency growth and expand market reach.
Performance Management : Monitor agent performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies for improvement.
Requirements
Real Estate Experience : Proven experience in real estate management or related field.
Leadership Skills : Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
