Apex Systems is looking to hire an Application Production Support Engineer for one of their reputable financial clients they support.
Locations : Richmond, VA Jacksonville, FL Plano, TX
Must sit 3 days onsite / 2 days remote - HYBRID SCHEDULE
Contract length : 12+ months
Rate : $56 / hr W2
We cannot work corp to corp - We cannot provide sponsorship now or in the future - All applicants must be able to work directly on Apex's W2 without sponsorship
Requirements :
- 5+ years of Application Production Support experience
- Experience supporting Payments and Mobile applications (e.i. Mastercad, Android, iOS)
- Windows / Linux OS
- Supporting database applications : SQL, Oracle
- Scheduling tools such as Autosys
- Monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace
- Experience with Remedy ticketing system and ITIL processes
