Ability to assist with transporting (i.e., Gait Belt or Hoyer Lift) Job Requirements : MUST be willing to drive 20 to 30 minutes or more to / from client's home Have at least 1 year of paid caregiving experience and / or a CNA, PCA, LPN, or RN Experience working with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, or ALS patients a plus Be age 18 or older Pass a comprehensive background check and reference check Pass PHC’s skills & knowledge assessment Have a valid Driver's License, a good driving record, and an insured reliable vehicle Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills;
