Requirements :
- Valid physical therapy license
- Valid Driver’s license
- Home Health experience preferred but not required
- Current CPR certification
- New Grads Accepted!
- 2 weekend shifts a month
- Receive extra day off for each weekend / holiday worked
- Scheduled to see patients 8 : 15-3 : 15 each shift
