Currently we are looking for a full time MedicalReceptionist for our Orange location.
Schedule needed : Monday Thursday 9 : 30am6 : 00 pm & Friday 8 : 00 am 4 : 30 pm
ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES
- Greets warmly andmaintains a friendly welcoming relationship with all patient carecoordinators and any external connections.
- Clearly communicateswith all staff including clinical and corporate employees in afriendly and courteousmanner
- Responsible foranswering phones and greeting patients with the utmostprofessionalism and care in a timely manner and returning VMs sameday received.
Will maintain higher than 85% answer call rate.
- Participates in andadheres to as required the HIPAA Policies and Procedures of TherapyPartner Group
- Escalates patientissues and concerns as needed to local Clinical leadership andRegional Front Office management.
- Schedulingpatient’s initial evaluations and follow up visitsthrough plan of care
MINIMUMPOSITIONREQUIREMENTS
Knowledge Skills andAbilities
- Thoroughknowledge of Microsoft Office; Raintree PMS experience is a Plus
- Possess strongrelationship building and customer serviceskills
- Ability to maintainconfidentialdocuments
- Ability todemonstrate active listening by asking clarifying questionsidentify and share relevant information and solicit feedback fromothers and give and receives feedbackobjectively.
- Possess strong teamplayer attributes
- Ability to multitaskresponsibilities while maintaining a positive and friendlyatmosphere with the patients near by
Educationand Experience
Education : High Schooldiploma or equivalent (Must be18)
Experience : PracticeManagement System knowledge patient scheduling capabilities andinsurance plan understanding.
Physical Requirements and WorkingConditions
Requires prolonged sitting some walkingbending stooping reaching and stretching. Requires eyehandcoordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboardmouse photocopier telephone calculator and other equipment.
Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record prepare andpresent reports. No travel isrequired.
