Soliant is seeking dedicated and passionate Paraprofessionals for full-time positions within school districts in the Burbank, CAarea.
As a Paraprofessional, you will assist teachers in providing high-quality education and support to students, helping to create an inclusive and effective learning environment.
Key Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Paraprofessional certification or ability to obtain certification as required by state regulations.
- Experience working in educational settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
- Understanding of special education practices and techniques is a plus.
Core Responsibilities :
- Assist teachers in classroom management and instruction.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with special needs.
- Help implement lesson plans and educational activities.
- Support students in developing social, academic, and life skills.
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
- Assist in the preparation of instructional materials and classroom organization.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions as required.
