ElderOptions Senior Care has put in place protocols to help ensure the safety of caregivers and clients in their home.
- We telephone screen all caregivers to perform a daily self-check of symptoms consistent with Covid-19 prior to starting their shift
- We have minimized the number of caregivers assigned to each client to reduce level of risk
- Care notes are documented which helps staff actively monitor our clients for any Covid-19 signs and symptoms
- Staff avoids home visits if client is confirmed with Covid-19
- Continued adherence to CDC guidelines
