Key Responsibilities :
Innovate and Create : Develop cost-effective solutions and enhancements for new and existing complex software applications.
Analyze information, identify problem areas, and implement groundbreaking solutions.
- Lifecycle Support : Monitor and enhance system performance through coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Lead code reviews and manage complex software application implementations.
- Collaborate and Execute : Work closely with product owners, software engineers, system engineers, and testers to identify user requirements, strategize on reducing technical debt, and perform installations, upgrades, and customizations to optimize system performance.
- Architect and Prototype : Assist in developing architecture systems and applications. Use test environments and test cases to design, prototype, and refine systems.
- Drive Efficiency : Contribute to evolving coding standards, tools, and processes to drive efficiencies.
- Lead and Mentor : Train, mentor, and support fellow software engineers, providing guidance and educational opportunities.
Education and Experience :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience : Over 5 years of progressive experience in development and systems analysis, with proficiency in multiple coding languages (C# and SQL are a plus) and project management experience.
