Salary : $35.00-$45.00+ Depending on Experience Full Job DescriptionOptimize Electric Inc. is actively seeking an experienced Traveling Electrical Journeyman / Foreman with expertise in commercial and agricultural projects to join our team.

This position demands a seasoned professional capable of managing and executing complex electrical installations and maintenance with precision and safety.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Installation Expertise : Efficiently install and repair advanced electrical equipment and components across various settings.

• System Construction : Construct and maintain types of raceway and cable tray systems essential for structured and safe electrical setups.
• Advanced Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve complex issues within motor and control systems to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Maintenance Routine : Conduct regular maintenance on electrical wiring and systems to prevent issues and ensure longevity.
• Safety Compliance : Strictly adhere to all relevant quality and safety codes to maintain high standards of safety and compliance on every project.

The ideal candidate should possess : -Proven Experience : Extensive experience as a Journeyman Industrial electrician in commercial and agricultural environments, capable of handling diverse electrical systems.

• Technical Proficiency : Deep understanding of electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals, ensuring accurate and effective project completion.
• Equipment Knowledge : Comprehensive familiarity with a wide range of electrical equipment and hand tools necessary for installations and repairs.
• Problem-Solving Skills : Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills, essential for diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues.
• Leadership Capabilities : Ability to lead and mentor teams, ensuring efficient project execution and staff development.-MUST reside within 1 hour of our Pasadena, TX or Amarillo, TX offices.
