Who Are You?

• You have a proven track record of going from 0 to 1 in product development.
• You have extensive experience in product management, including leading product teams.
• You possess some technical experience or engineering familiarity, enabling you to effectively coordinate and contribute to product development and team management
• You are a strategic thinker with the ability to creatively drive product vision.
• You are user-centric, with a strong ability to conduct and apply product research to meet user needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the product development lifecycle
• Coordinate with the development team, advisors, and contributors to build and enhance our product.
• Oversee and scale the engineering team, ensuring alignment with product goals and timelines.
• Conduct product research with users to gather insights and inform product decisions.
• Develop and implement product strategies that align with our business objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales and marketing, to ensure product success and market fit.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve.
• Drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and user-focused development.

Requirements

• MUST LOVE tinkering hands-on w / technological solutions AND leading product management
• Proven experience in leading product development from 0 to 1.
• Strong background in product management with a history of successful product launches.
• Technical experience or familiarity with engineering concepts and processes.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
