Human Resources Business Partner

As a Healthcare HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning our HR strategies with business objectives to enhance workforce effectiveness and promote a positive workplace culture.

You will partner with leaders across the organization to develop and implement HR initiatives that support our mission and goals while also being the tactical day-to-day HR contact for employees to come to for guidance and support.

Clinical healthcare experience is required.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues, providing guidance on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Drive talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of healthcare professionals.
  • Implement and manage employee engagement and retention initiatives to enhance workforce satisfaction.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and labor laws, maintaining best practices in HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
  • Support performance management processes, providing coaching and feedback to leaders and employees.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.

g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

  • 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on a clinical healthcare environment required.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations specific to the healthcare sector.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
