The Trade Marketing team champions and communicates Future’s brand through creative story-telling and strategic Marketing and PR campaigns.
The team's objective is to drive awareness of Future and create commercial opportunities through sales collaterals, events, and PR.
What you'll be doing...The PR Manager develops and executes PR strategies that build awareness of Future’s phenomenal portfolio of specialist media brands.
The role aims to build relationships with key consumer media contacts to accelerate Future’s brand-building strategy. As the PR Manager, you will pitch story and broadcast segment ideas to the media, and write impactful press releases and award submissions.
Additionally, you will identify speaking opportunities that drive awareness of Future’s leading fashion, lifestyle, gaming, and technology brands.
- Reporting to the PR Director based in New York, you will join a high-performing team of PR and marketing professionals.Key responsibilities : Develop brand-building PR strategy to support Future’s flagship brandsExecute day-to-day PR activitiesIdentify and build relationships with important media contactsCreate compelling stories for web, social, events, and awards;
- bring new ideas that deliver outstanding brand awareness.Monitor press activity and report resultsWork across time zones with our editorial leaders through strong communication skills;
collaborate with multiple departments in a global businessMaintain a deep understanding of the U.S. consumer media landscape and strong relationshipsExperience that will put you ahead of the curve.
Strong relationships with key media outlets and national broadcast bookers and producers3+ years of experience delivering impactful PR strategies that drive brand awarenessExperience in the media industry or working in-house within an international, multi-brand environment;
experience executing PR strategies for a multi-brand or media companyStrong knowledge of the media landscape and the latest consumer trendsExperienced in writing for multiple channels - website, social, emailExcellent working knowledge of press monitoring tools and reportingA generalist mindset and a record of working across multiple brandsYou can cultivate trusting relationships and facilitate efficient communicationYou are collaborative, with an ability to drive collaboration through excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail and time management skillsWhat’s in it for you We have a number of awesome perks available to our staff.
