Key Responsibilities :
- Delivering physical therapy treatments in the convenience of patients' homes, whether in private residences or independent living facilities.
- Collaborating with a Licensed Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients effectively.
- Empowering patients to regain independence and enhance their quality of life through tailored therapy programs.
Requirements :
- Valid license in the state(s) of practice or proof of eligibility.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a working PT Assistant.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license or access to reliable transportation for home visits.
