Job Summary :

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinists to join our team. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision parts and tools according to specifications.

The ideal candidate will have experience with various CNC machines, a strong understanding of mechanical drawings, and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce parts as per engineering drawings and specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and job orders to determine product dimensions and tolerances.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds based on material type and machining process.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with the equipment.
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to make improvements to production processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety protocols.
• Document production activities and machine performance as required.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or relevant coursework preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with familiarity in CNC programming and operation.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders.
• Knowledge of various CNC controls (Fanuc, Haas, etc.) and G-code programming.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to lift up to specify weight pounds.
• Prolonged periods of standing while operating machines.
• Ability to use hands and fingers for fine manipulation.
