We invite you to apply to join our leadership team at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago team as a Director of Sales !

The Director of Sales provides leadership to the sales team in order to position the property as the premier deluxe hotel / resort in the location.

The Director ensures that sales activities and bookings are focused to yield maximum revenue per room occupied. We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position.

Successful candidates will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work.

Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for individuals who are proactive and who have a proven track record in leading Group sales with a working knowledge of Travel Industry and Corporate sales.

The applicant is expected to demonstrate the ability to represent Four Seasons on sales calls as well as participate in travel fairs and exhibitions.

Strong man management and organization skills would also be a requirement for this role.

Applicants are required to have two to four years previous employment in a related position. Sales or Hospitality Education is preferable, however, not essential if applicants have previous relevant work experience.

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
