The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overall client success by managing tasks, projects, retainers, and internal resources to drive goals and produce positive ROI for our clients.
The key expectations of the Project Manager are to : Manage website build projects and other technology projects from kickoff through completion Establish clarity of requirements in terms of substance and deadlines for projects Clearly communicate expectations to stakeholders and SMEs Generate agendas, develop clear timelines, facilitate meetings, and coordinate action items for projects Prioritize tasks and internal resources based on business requirements Monitor task completion status and deadlines Ensure timely completion of tasks Identify and recommend process and system enhancements to improve effectiveness over time Create project plans within project management software, like Monday.
