Job Description : We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Personal Assistant with fluent English both verbal and written to provide exceptional administrative support to our C-Level Executives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with senior executives and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-Level executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and manage executive communications, ensuring timely responses and effective handling of confidential information.
  • Conduct research and compile data to assist executives in decision-making processes.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal / external stakeholders.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executives.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations within the executive office.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements :

  • At least 8+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-Level executives.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • A proactive and resourceful attitude with a high level of professionalism.
