Vaco Boston has partnered with our client to hire a Regulatory Specialist to join their team!

Where : Fully remote

Pay : $39 / hour

When : Immediate need

Qualified candidates must posses Food Regulatory knowledge inclusive of food label graphics reviews and ingredient compliance checks along with knowledge of 21CFR.

Responsibilities :

  • Review and approve formulas and ingredients for compliance
  • Analyze product formulations
  • Create final Label Content, including substantiated claims, compliant nutrition facts & ingredient statements as well as all other U.

S. and / or Canada mandated label content.

  • Review finished product labels
  • Provide support for Regulatory data maintenance projects Requirements :
  • University degree in a scientific field (minimum B.S., Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Toxicology, Nutrition,) preferred.
  • Regulatory experience in food industry
  • 6 months to 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs of a Consumer Products Company with working knowledge of U.S. FDA labeling regulations as published in 21 CFR Parts 1-199.
  • Technical Knowledge & Software Applications : (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Optiva).
