Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Reports to : Property Manager

Property Details : Residence at Fireclay is a 40-unit senior tax credit development with an elevator and community room

Essential Duties :

• Perform general punch requirements
• Basic service requests such as : Garbage disposal installation / repair, Basic water heater repair, Basic cleaning and resident services
• Repairing plumbing, appliance, electrical, and carpentry
• Must possess adequate communication skills to deliver excellent customer service

Requirements :

Essential Requirements :

• Position requires 1 year experience in Property Maintenance or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and pass a criminal background check
• EPA & HVAC Certification preferred
• On-call duty and weekend work schedules to be expected to emergency maintenance service
• Must be comfortable using a computer and a smartphone.
