61 per hour Program Management Office (PMO) Leader Client would like to hire directly after 90 days Location : Hybrid Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our Program Management Office (PMO) at a pivotal time in our Digital Transformation (DT) journey.
This role will be instrumental as we transition from Business Process Reengineering (BPR) to the complex phases of solution confirmation and deployment.
You will collaborate closely with functional program managers, workstream teams, technical and enabling teams, business unit stakeholders, and executives to ensure the successful execution of our programs.
Some travel 10%-20%) Key Responsibilities :
- Drive overall program management activities, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with various teams to resolve program-level issues and facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Manage relationships with consulting and outside service partners to ensure alignment with program objectives.
- Utilize your knowledge in key functional and technical areas (operations, service, product development, systems, and tools) to lead and influence program strategies.
- Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications :
- 10+ years of relevant experience, with a bachelor's degree.
- Program / Project Management certification preferred.
- Ability to travel 10-20% as needed.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Strong background in managing business and digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent executive communication skills, with a proven track record in program management.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, define problems, and drive solutions from inception to execution.
- Significant experience across key functional and technical areas (operations, service, product development, systems, and tools).
