DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for a wide range of household and personal duties, ensuring efficient operations within the estate.
Work includes setting up the dining room, serving meals, taking care of the bar area during events, as well as maintaining a clean and organized family kitchen and other related areas.
You will have the opportunity to oversee inventory of kitchen supplies for catering and stock the family refrigerator with items used by the First Family.
Effective communication skills are a must as you will be greeting and assisting guests as they arrive, observing and assisting caterers, and coordinating with other staff members to ensure all the Governor, First Family, and guest needs are met.

Work Schedule and Additional Information :
- Full-time employment
- On call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Work hours are 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- This position is considered essential. You will be required to report to work during emergencies and office closings.
- Salary : In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements :
- Two years of wait staff experience for a restaurant or catering service; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Special Requirements :
You must possess and maintain a valid non-commercial Class C Pennsylvania driver's license or equivalent.
Additional Requirements :
You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements :
- This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
- Under the Law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
