Boys and Girls Club- Part-Time Gymnastics Class Instructor

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Gymnastics Instructor to join our vibrant team. Flexible Hours :
We understand that balancing commitments can be challenging, which is why our schedule is designed to accommodate your needs.
The hours for this part-time role are as follows :
Monday through Thursday : ?4 PM to 8 PM
Saturday : ?9 AM to 12 PM
Your responsibilities will include :
Teaching engaging gymnastics classes to children ranging from ages 1 to 13. You'll have the opportunity to inspire and motivate young athletes as they explore and develop their skills.
Setting up, starting, and concluding classes promptly, while following a prepared lesson plan to ensure a smooth and productive session.
Collaborating with other instructors to create a supportive learning environment, supporting students in their progress, and celebrating their achievements along the way.
Managing student attendance and cultivating positive interactions with parents as needed, ensuring open communication and feedback.
What We're Looking For :
While gymnastics expertise is a plus, we welcome applicants with varying levels of experience. What's most important is a willingness to learn and grow! We seek individuals who possess :
Some foundational knowledge of gymnastics (don't worry if you're not an expert; enthusiasm and a desire to learn go a long way!).
Positive communication skills that resonate well with children, helping to create a fun and encouraging atmosphere.
Patience and the physical ability to assist students in their activities as they engage in skill-building exercises.
