Pay : $19.50 / hr to $24.50 / hr depending on experience
Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Short-Term Disability insurance, PTO, and Holiday Pay
Requirements :
- 3 + years of experience in reception, customer service, dispatching, and / or equivalent
- Advanced customer service skills
- Professional phone skills
- Energetic personality
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask
- Geographical knowledge of sales area or map reading skills
- Must be able to work independently
Responsibilities :
- Schedule and coordinate all service calls as calls are received
- Update customer profiles as information is received
- Type service contract proposals for new customers
- Maintenance of the maintenance agreements, including billing, scheduling, and staging of materials, database information, and renewals
- Order parts for special orders
- Follow up on all pending and recommended work with customers and technicians
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
