- Position : Clinical Specialist
- Location : Roseville, MN Travel required
- Hours : 8am-5pm & on call hours
THE POSITION :
- Loads, delivers and sets up durable medical equipment, oxygen and supplies to patients in their homes, as instructed
- Demonstrates equipment operation by providing instruction for use of certain types of medical equipment in the home
- Ensures a safe patient environment as it relates to equipment
- Completes follow-up visits for non-clinical respiratory patients
- Conducts Home Environmental Assessments for oxygen patients
- Assists patients in solving equipment-related problems
- Completes necessary paperwork and required documentation
- Exchanges equipment due for maintenance
- Sets up and picks up diagnostic studies and ensures delivery to appropriate physician
- Responds to emergency calls with clinical back up as needed
REQUIREMENTS :
- Durable medical equipment (DME) intake experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Two-year degree, preferably in healthcare related field.
- Ability to use navigation system and follow maps.
- Experience in Brightree EHR a plus!
