Workday Configuration Analyst
Our Global Client is growing and expanding with a new venture. They are seeking to hire a Workday Configuration Analyst responsible for leading the configuration and implementation of Workday systems.
Analyze business needs and develop systems unique to client to meet their needs.
Required : Workday (must have Workday Configuration with HCM modules and Workday Integration)
Responsibilities :
- Manage Workday systems configurations and customizations; analyze and review business needs and requirements
- Create system application pages, queries and programs
- Develop module and function codes; ensure Workday systems implementation
- Enlist release management processes to install new solutions, updates and developments to Workday
- Utilize analysis tools; analyze systems specifications, produce system solutions and design technical customizations
- Monitor system application and performance; resolve any issues
- Author and administer test plans ensuring Workday system updates / changes are performing accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of Workday systems / applications, provide technical support and help resolve issues
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Min. 2+ years of Workday system leading experience
- Workday management / operational experience i.e. configuring, running and maintaining Workday
- Workday and Payroll configuration experience i.e. system configuration experience and functional experience (running payroll) required
- Workday integration development experience
- Experience with Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools BIRT
- Workday Connector and Workday Studio experience
- Workday system customizations, configuration and Workday security access experience
- Full life cycle development experience including incremental and iterative development process
- Knowledge / Understanding of Workday system business process flow
- Knowledge / Understanding of Workday system development tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Minimal travel as needed to corporate
Offering :
- Base Salary $120,000 $150,000 (based on experience)
- Bonus Potential 10%
