We are seeking an energetic Bilingual (Spanish & English) Daycare / PreSchool Teacher to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, and / or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Support your center’s success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

Qualifications

• Bilingual : Fluent in Spanish and English
• Education : High School Diploma (required) Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
• Experience : Previous experience working in a childcare or educational setting is highly preferred.
• Skills : Excellent communication, organization, time management and interpersonal skills, patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
• Certifications : CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
