Summary / JobObjective :
TheDirector of Enterprise Implementation functions as an extension ofthe firm development team and will act as a liaison betweendepartments.
The position is responsible for leading the tacticalimplementation of enterprisewide initiatives focused on firmdevelopment and tasked with overseeing the daytoday implementationof assigned projects while working closely with other departmentsleads to coordinate manage and report necessary information to keepthe leadership team informed and uptodate in a proactive manner.
The ideal candidate for this position must be able to think ontheir feet swiftly evaluate needs and decide on the most effectivecourse of action.
The role necessitates an individual who isextremely organized and takes initiative. Qualifications for thisrole include experience in overseeing enterpriselevel projectimplementations a strong understanding of process optimizationproficiency in program management and effective crosschannelcommunicationskills.
KeyResponsibilities
- Collaboratewith leadership to establish implementation strategies that supportbusinessobjectives
- Assistin balancing the development needs of the organization withoperational expectations of keystakeholders
- Workwith management on various aspects of planning reporting processoptimization firm development and implementation.
- Handleadministrative tasks such as communication calendar management andproactively create accountability metrics across departments toensure accurate and timely delivery oftasks
- Anticipateand provide vital information before it is requested. Develop keyperformance metrics and dashboards for the executiveteam.
- Streamlineimplementation processes for efficiency andeffectiveness.
- Workclosely with other departments directing and coordinating resourcestasks requirements systems and processes related to daytodayoperations while creating a positive workenvironment.
- Establisha sales operations structure and environment that promotes andimplements strategy and operational models to deliver high andconsistent service levels to increaserevenue.

- Manageimplementation projects from initial concept through completion andpostimplementationreview
- Developproject plans including resources and timeframes and ensureeffectiveexecution.
- Maintainrollout schedule for implementation projects anddocumentation.
- Vendorand StakeholderManagement :
- Serveas a primary liaison between the organization and external vendorsand strategicpartners.
- Maintainclear and consistent communication with stakeholders ensuring thatexpectations are managed and feedback is incorporated into projectexecution.

- Proficientin Microsoft Office Suite BI tools and CRM systems.
- Abilityto have a flexible schedule and work extended or irregular hours asnecessary.
- Mayneed to traveloccasionally.
