Account Manager 3, Speakers Bureau
Overview
IQVIA’s Speakers Bureau is currently looking to add an experienced Sr. Account Manager to our growing team.
- Our Speakers Bureau team partners closely with our life sciences industry clients by providing some of the greatest breadth and depth of expertise of any service organization in the industry.
- The Speaker Bureau’s client-oriented solutions include : Nominations & Contract ManagementSpeaker ManagementTravel CoordinationEvent LogisticsPayment Closeout & ReconciliationCompliance & Performance Reporting
- The Sr. Account Manager will be assigned to lead a key client relationship, and is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through working with customers to ensure a successful business partnership with IQVIA.
- Through project management and collaboration, this position is responsible for the day-to-day activities in support of assigned clients with a focus on exemplary service and delivery of contracted business.
Primary Responsibilities
- Understands client’s needs, helps identify and resolve issues, builds and maintains positive client relations.
- Serves as the client’s key point of contact for their assigned brand(s), home office, and / or business unit.
- Develops and delivers client reports and reviews with Director / Account Management team as appropriate.
- Leads meetings with assigned client(s).
- Manages and delivers consistently on commitments and results which are based on client and management expectations.
- Identifies growth opportunities with current client and continues to add value to the IQVIA partnership.
- Provides liaison with Operations, Finance and IT department to meet client’s needs.
- Primarily works without direction, however, direction may be provided based on complexity of client or project.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience of related client service / account management experience within the life sciences industry is required.
- Prior Speaker Bureau experience is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent business experience is required.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $88,100.00 - $146,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience;
location; and / or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and / or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and / or other benefits.
