Clayton Services is searching for a Part-time Administrative Assistant to join a thriving pool supply and construction company in Humble, Texas.
The Part-time Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers with water samples, answering phones, and general administrative duties.
Job Type : Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate : $15.00-$16.00 / hour
Hours : Monday-Friday, 9 : 00 am to 5 : 30 pm and Saturday, 9 : 00 am to 3 : 00 pm
Part-time Administrative Assistant Responsibilities :
- Assist and greet customers
- Answer questions or concerns regarding inventory and products in the shop
- Answer phones, take messages, and transfer calls
- Create and maintain basic spreadsheets and information
- Assist with running water samples
- Additional duties as assigned

Part-time Administrative Assistant Physical Requirements :
- Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
Part-time Administrative Assistant Education and Experience :
- Previous administrative or customer service experience is highly desired
- High school diploma required
