Key Responsibilities :
- Negotiate contracts and manage permits

What We’re Looking For :
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Minimum of 5 years in construction with project management experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
