This is a rare opportunity at a very special dental practice. We are a health and cosmetic driven community dental practice that cares deeply about the relationships of our patients and surrounding businesses.
Our staff is a family, and we are looking for someone who will view this opportunity as a destination and be driven to grow and evolve with the position.
It is very important that this person is positive, humorous, and has an instantly welcoming and nurturing presence at the front.
She will be working alongside another team member at the front desk. Excellent phone conversation skills are a must.
Proficiency with Dentrix and computer literacy is recommended. We are willing to provide training for a person who is accountable, eager to learn, and excellent with people.

Duties include :
- Greet patients
- Answer phones
- Schedule patients
- Check and answer emails
- Check patients in and out
- Present treatment plans and financial options to patients
- Work to fill hygiene schedule with unscheduled patients
