Nestled in the heart of Southwest Florida's vibrant landscape, Margaritaville Fort Myers Beach, under the proud operation and ownership of TPI Hospitality, offers not just a job but an opportunity for unparalleled personal and professional growth.
As a Security Officer, you would be responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and team members and the security of the hotel and property in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Key Responsibilities include :
Security Patrol and Emergency Response :
- Conduct routine patrols of the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to identify safety risks, security threats, and undesirable conditions, ensuring the safety and security of guests and property assets.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life or property, taking appropriate actions to mitigate risks and ensure the well-being of guests and associates.
Safety Promotion and Incident Management :
- Promote safe work practices among associates and guests, raising awareness of safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents as needed, documenting findings accurately and ensuring the completeness of necessary reports and documentation.
Guest Assistance and Issue Resolution :
- Respond to all guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner, providing assistance and resolving issues to enhance guest satisfaction and experience.
- Address guest concerns and complaints professionally, seeking satisfactory resolutions and maintaining a positive guest relationship.
General Responsibilities :
Complete any other duties as assigned, supporting the overall operations of the hotel and contributing to the smooth functioning of daily activities.
What you will bring :
- High school diploma or GED.
- 4 years' experience in the hotel / resort security or related professional area
- Valid Driver's License
- CPR / First Aid Certificate
- AED Certification
