About this role :

As an Advanced Practice Provider at St. George Endocrine & Diabetes Clinic, you will work with a team of nine healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.

Our Endocrine & Diabetes clinic provides comprehensive diabetes and endocrinology care for adult patients, helping patients manage their symptoms and reduce complications.

• Your schedule will be Thursdays and Fridays from 8 am-6 pm.
• There is potential to pick up additional shifts to provide coverage for colleagues
• No weekend, call, or holiday requirements are associated with this position

What youll bring :

• Unrestricted Utah NP or PA license
• Current Utah DEA certificate required prior to start date
• Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
